Minimum Specifications for Mobile Device
- Samsung Exyon 1380, Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, Apple A13, or faster CPU, with a minimum 6GB of RAM
- IEEE 802.11n 5G wireless networking capability, Wi-Fi Direct supported (Android)
- Android 12, 13, 14 or iOS  16, 17, 18
- Minimum 1GB of storage space for patient information and images. (Check Neo Cloud Image Database for more storage space.)
- Color display, 1280 x 800 resolution (minimum), at least 14 cm (5.5 in) in size

Neo Medical cannot guarantee that the neo Medical App will work on devices other than the mobile devices that have been verified to be compatible. If you wish to install the app on an unverified device, it should meet the minimum device specifications.
